Business Development Consultant:

We are looking for a young, energetic Business Development person with an initial contract of 1 year (likely to get converted to permanent opportunity)
The candidate must have an experience in B2B Software sales & marketing.
The candidate will be required to actively approach business prospects, generate sound sales funnel, source new leads, effectively manage relationships with existing clients, and conduct market research (analyze competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
Location: PUNE Based Candidates only. Hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve forecasted sales goals
  • Create & manage sales pipeline and source leads
  • Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure growth objectives
  • Be able to properly demonstrate products / solutions to prospects
  • Provide reports, marketing intelligence, and information
  • On-board clients and ensure healthy communication
  • A good team player as well as an individual contributor
  • Qualifications:

  • MBA in marketing, business or equivalent is surely a plus (though not a mandate).
  • If you are fresh MBA student you may qualify for this position based on your skills.
  • If you are experienced candidate, you must have max of 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS / software product selling or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with analytical, productivity, and reporting tools such as MS Office, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi is a must.
